Integrity & Accountability
Truth, integrity and humility are central to everyday living at VGGS, following the example set by Christ. The Integrity & Accountability programme makes those values explicit and practical for students and staff alike.
Through assemblies, classroom sessions, mentorship and student leadership, girls learn what honesty looks like in examinations, in friendships, in handling money and property, and in speaking up when something is wrong.
- Values education woven through assemblies and the chapel programme
- Examination and academic honesty standards
- Accountability structures for student leaders
- Anti-corruption and civic responsibility awareness

Bursaries & Scholarships
VGGS is committed to excellence and diversity in its student body. Our bursaries and scholarships programme exists so that a girl's ability, not her family's circumstances, determines whether she can take up a place here.
Support comes through the school's own bursary fund, through scholarships, and through sponsorship arranged by the Vanessa Grant Trust and our partners.
- School bursary fund for families in need
- Merit and need-based scholarships
- Sponsorship through the Vanessa Grant Trust
- Partner-funded places and support
CBR: Community Based Rehabilitation
The CBR programme connects the school with the community around it, extending the values our students learn in chapel and classroom into practical service in Rongai and the wider Nakuru County.
Students take part alongside staff and partner organisations, learning that leadership means responsibility for others as much as personal achievement.
- Community outreach and service learning
- Partnership with local organisations and health initiatives
- Student participation through clubs and St. John's Ambulance
- Awareness, inclusion and support activities
